Define a roadmap for AI adoption and identify initial pilot projects.AI Implementation: Develop and manage AI solutions tailored to marketing processes such as campaign optimization, content creation, customer segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting automation.Automation of Marketing Processes: Leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks including data entry, performance analytics, audience targeting, email personalization, and social media scheduling.Project Leadership: Oversee AI pilot projects, including connecting data sources, developing models, and delivering results without reliance on engineering teams. Ensure scalability and integration into broader marketing workflows.Business Impact Analysis: Quantify the value of proposed AI initiatives, demonstrating cost savings, efficiency gains, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to understand pain points and develop tailored automation solutions.
