The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical individual to work on our Accounts Receivable team as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Accounts Receivable and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments. This role involves handling complex accounts, resolving billing issues, mentoring AR staff, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Key Result Areas
