As a Consultant within our Digital Solutions Group, you'll collaborate with AHEAD Account Teams to deliver impactful cloud and platform engineering solutions. You'll engage directly with clients, contribute to project execution, and support the development of technical strategies that drive digital transformation. Responsibilities Participate in strategy, roadmap, and design workshops Support project planning and execution alongside senior consultants Contribute to technical deliverables and client presentations Ensure project milestones and timelines are met Assist in client discovery meetings to qualify opportunities Contribute to proposal development and solution ideation Represent AHEAD's capabilities during pre-sales conversations Stay current with cloud technologies and industry trends Support the development of consulting offerings and deployment services Share insights and mentor junior team members Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in cloud and platform engineering consulting Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, cloud migrations, and modernization Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC principles Strong communication and client-facing skills Prior consulting or pre-sales experience preferred Why AHEAD: Through our daily work and internal groups like Moving Women AHEAD and RISE AHEAD, we value and benefit from diversity of people, ideas, experience, and everything in between. The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
