About the Job

As a key member of the Moses Lakesite leadership team, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for overall leadership of the human resources function in support of all operations and support functions. This dynamic leader will also foster a culture in the organization that promotes employee engagement while driving inclusion and diversity throughout the manufacturing site.

This is an in-person position!

  • Responsible for all Employee Relations to include coaching, discipline, employee communications, HR policy, salary and benefits enrollment, and recognition programs.
  • Provide clear guidance to leadership regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations to support the achievement of short/long-term business objectives while ensuring all human resource policies and programs are compliant with local and governmental regulatory requirements.
  • Lead talent acquisition plans that anticipate short/long-term business needs. Coach site leadership on how to engage and retain key talent and identifying when there is a retention risk.
  • Ensuring staffing levels are maintained in the facility by working with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), staffing agencies and local recruitment efforts.
  • Assist Team Members with day-to-day questions regarding benefits & other company HR programs.
  • Drive and support Inclusion practices and planning while aligning strategic vision of the site to Terex's overall diversity programs initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to talent and development processes for the site to facilitate employee development and training compliance
  • Support and develop HR team for long term growth.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Three years experience in Human Resources Generalist role or higher
  • Ability to work in Moses Lake, WA

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree in Business related discipline or Human Resources
  • PHR/SPHR certification a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing plant
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, as well as the ability to prioritize and handle a demanding workload
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance with EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, and other state or federal laws

The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
