As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you'll be the bridge between departments-ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of customer-facing issues. You'll dive into data, solve problems, and help shape a better customer experience. What You'll Do Collaborate with Credit, Dispatch, Billing, and Sales teams to ensure accurate customer setup and billing. Partner with our Customer Experience team to resolve customer issues efficiently. Conduct research across multiple systems to troubleshoot freight, hauler, mapping, and system errors. Support month-end closing and internal testing with flexibility and precision. Contribute to process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
