The Role

Entegris is currently seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator at our Headquarters in Billerica, MA.

This position is an open-ended contract role. The role will support the Entegris Trade Compliance Program by adhering to US Government export control laws and regulations, coordinating export compliance activities, and maintaining accurate records. Interfaces with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other functional areas to ensure compliance review of shipments.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• AES submissions via AES Direct & automated GTS program
• Assistance with the Export Audit Process as needed
• Perform other export compliance tasks as needed

This is a contract position with an expected duration of 10-12 months.
