Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Duration: 6+ months Contract Pay rate: $19/hr on w2 Location: Woodlands, TX 77381 Shift timings: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM BG/DT required: Yes Job Description: Extensive AP Experience (5+ years). High-volume invoice processing. PO matching and non-PO invoice handling. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations). Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Researching and resolving invoice/payment discrepancies. Handling GL coding errors or exceptions. Soft Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Good communication for vendor and internal team interactions. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems or procedures (key for temp roles).
