Our embedded team serves the Agency of Education, working collaboratively to enhance the delivery of critical services to Vermonters. We are seeking a talented and motivated Configuration Analyst to join our dynamic team. Are you an IT professional in search of a new challenge? If so the Agency of Digital Services team supporting the Vermont Agency of Education has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration Analyst. We are seeking a skilled Configuration Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, procedures, and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement, improving existing systems, and new system implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, enhance system performance, and ensure ease of use for process analysis, operational efficiency, and a seamless user experience. The Configuration Analyst position will be a hybrid role located in Montpelier. The position will be mostly remote, with some required in-office days. This position, Configuration Analyst I (Job Requisition #53068), is open to all State employees and external applicants. Work is performed in a standard office setting, but some travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available. Work outside of regular business hours may be expected. Minimum Qualifications
Four (4) years or more of data administration, business analysis, statistics, computer programming or design work. Preferred Qualifications
