Senior Coordinator, Talent Management

Job Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Talent Management reports to the Manager of Talent Management in the Global Talent & Culture org. This role supports the execution and administration of key global Talent Management programs including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development. Acting as a key resource for both employees and the broader Global Talent & Culture team, the Coordinator ensures seamless execution of Talent Management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager of Talent Management with the administration and deployment of global programs
  • Serve as key administrator of talent management tools including related Workday modules
  • Oversee the coordination of Talent Management events for HR and Employees, including event coordination, documentation, budget administration and program evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data related to Talent Management programs; reconcile related team expenses and manage tasks to support department efficiency.
  • Manage the talent management calendar, including annual programs and stakeholder events.
  • Support Talent Management & Learning broader initiatives, including planning and executing large-scale programs; act as back up to other coordinators in the Global Talent & Culture organization
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback to provide stakeholders with actionable insights
  • Keep process documentation current and provide updated content for the Talent knowledge base; Support the continual improvement of global talent management processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various business groups in global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently, prioritizing capabilities and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Workday experience preferred
