Principal Engineer II for ChampionX Resources Inc. (Sugar Land, TX). Focus on development of the BluOps manufacturing platform and digital infrastructure to seek to digitize shop floor applications. Must possess a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in digital transformation within industrial and manufacturing environments. 10% domestic and international travel required. Experience must include: Proven experience in implementing connected worker programs, digital infrastructure, and MES; Gathering and analyzing data, prioritizing user requirements, defining product roadmaps, and aligning solutions with stakeholder expectations; Hands-on experience in executing the Software Development Lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance in an industrial setting; Working with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem; Proficiency in statistical analytics, using Power BI; Experience applying Agile methodologies; Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
