This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst will drive business insights and act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to increase Sales Performance. Analysis will be performed at many different levels including: sales representative, sales region, sales division, distribution channel, and key customer. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation are a must.
This role requires a high-performing individual who thinks beyond the scope of the current role, develops innovative ways of approaching problems, and who effectively communicates information across multiple projects.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Leverage analytics to find and effectively communicate clear business insights to sales leadership
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive growth, scalability, and sales productivity
- Develop cross functional relationships with Channel Marketing, Finance, Supply/Demand and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and manage projects
- Manage and communicate ad hoc sales reports to Sales and other stakeholders
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another business-related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business analysis or business analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) a must
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface within the Milwaukee sales organization and corporate environment
- Solid customer orientation and ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization
- Good organizational skills to manage and balance multiple priorities and workflow
- Ability to take or give direction and execute work independently or in a team setting
- Self-starter, able to recognize an opportunity and see it through to completion
