POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you fueled by purpose and precision? Join Nestle Health Science as an Associate Brand Manager, where you'll serve as a strategic driver across ten key brands within our Medical Nutrition portfolio. Your focus: advancing brand relevance through disease-specific insights that resonate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), caregivers, and patients alike.

This is a cross-functional, cross-brand role at the heart of innovation, education, and impact-designed for a marketing professional who leads with empathy, thinks in ecosystems, and thrives at the intersection of science, storytelling, and operational excellence.

The Associate Brand Manager also leverages digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance brand performance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes and ensure programs remain at the forefront of industry standards. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals, using technologies and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

This position will be a hybrid role (2-3 days per week) based in our Bridgewater, NJ Headquarter office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Disease Area Leadership:
    Lead strategic thinking across conditions such as GI intolerance, malnutrition, dysphagia, critical illness, pediatric feeding, and more
  • Brand Integration Across Indications:
    Connect consumer need states, HCP decision-making, and product positioning across ten strategic brands
  • Insight-Led Strategy Development:
    Partner with Medical Affairs and Market Research to uncover clinical truths and emotional pain points that shape patient and HCP behavior and build claims messaging
  • Operational Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Regulatory, and R&D to anticipate complexity, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure strategic plans are executable
  • Financial Stewardship:
    Manage brand-level budgets with P&L accountability, contribute to forecasting, and drive PFME efficiency with a finance-forward mindset
  • Creative & Communication Briefs:
    Build powerful briefs rooted in disease-specific insight for brand campaigns, clinical tools, sampling programs, and medical hub content

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • MBA a plus!
  • 3+ years in healthcare or strategic brand marketing
  • Experience in HCP engagement, medical nutrition, pharma, or life sciences
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively using digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace
  • Comfort navigating scientific data and cross-functional complexity
  • Operational agility with basic P&L knowledge and financial fluency
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry or dietary supplements
  • Familiarity with market segmentation and consumer insights methodologies
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising strategies
  • Background in content creation or copywriting for marketing materials

The approximate pay range for this position is $94,000- $125,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
