Overview Otter Products is hiring for a Director, Data Management and Analytics to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. Employees based in the Greater Fort Collins Area will work onsite at our HQ Campus. Those living in the surrounding area can work a hybrid schedule, working at the HQ Campus three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). The Director, Data Management and Analytics defines the data and analytics strategy and data governance program for the organization. In this role you will manage the Global Data team and lead in the planning, evaluation, and selection of the right data science capabilities for the enterprise while ensuring distributed analytics staff have the best data and analytics skills, processes, and technologies possible. The Director, Data Management and Analytics serves as an advisor to the leadership team to develop and deliver enterprise-wide solutions for complex data challenges, including developing and applying algorithmic models to derive insights, improving decision making abilities, and automating processes. This includes the governance of data and algorithms used for analysis, analytics applications and automated decision making. Creates value by unlocking and sharing data and information in ways which will spur innovation.
