Are you a driven nursing professional ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We're looking for an energetic and strategic thinker to join our team as an Ambulatory Services Manager, where you'll help shape the future of healthcare operations within our dynamic, decentralized service-line structure.

In this role, you won't just keep things running-you'll be an essential force behind planning, organizing, and steering department operations toward success. Partnering closely with the Director, you'll provide hands-on leadership and oversight to daily functions, foster a high-performing team culture, and step into the Director's shoes when needed.

If you're passionate about building strong teams, improving systems, and making healthcare better from the inside out, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Director to manage day-to-day operations across assigned departments

  • Lead with purpose by modeling excellence, professionalism, and teamwork

  • Ensure smooth operational planning, organization, and execution to meet goals

  • Serve as a go-to problem solver and trusted leader

  • Step up as Acting Director in their absence and keep everything moving seamlessly

  • Inspire collaboration through open communication and a team-first mindset

  • Guide and develop staff with your coaching skills and leadership savvy

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a Graduate Degree in Nursing

  • Three years of management experience, preferably in healthcare

  • Only two years required if you hold a Graduate Degree in Nursing

  • Active BLS and/or ACLS certification if required by your department

  • Performance improvement know-how and a solid understanding of regulatory standards

  • Comfort navigating participatory management with clinical and administrative leaders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A people-first approach and strong ability to build lasting relationships

  • A high level of service orientation and outgoing personality

  • Good judgment and integrity to lead operations and inspire teams

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Confidence with technology and computer systems
