Various Locations Position Summary: Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking an After-Action/Continual Improvement Leader to collect input from SERT partners on both successes and areas for improvement. This role is responsible for synthesizing feedback and performance data into a comprehensive after-action report and improvement plan, supporting future response readiness and operational excellence. Working Environment: Work is performed in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), field environments, or remote coordination centers. Extended hours and travel may be required across the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.
