Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company whose purpose is to innovate to The R&D HCP Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager will be an integral component of Jazz's Global Medical Operations and Effectiveness (MOE) team and report directly to the Head of Medical Operations and Effectiveness. In this role, the R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager will support and champion the conditions for high performance, develop & motivate individuals and role model Jazz culture & values. The role responsibility reaches across all R&D functions in certain aspects, as well as responsibilities within GMSA. The R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager will drive the implementation of a newly formed function inclusive of matrix team leadership, vendor selection and management (minimal), cross functional collaboration with the External Engagement Cross Functional Team, Global HCP Engagement team (reporting into US Commercial), US and EUR/INT Congress and Events teams as well as legal and compliance partners. The R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager will drive the R&D HCP Engagement Center of Excellence process and execution on behalf of R&D for all global meetings and conferences, as well as advisory boards and steering committees owned by R&D for the specified therapy area, inclusive of vendor selection and management in collaboration with the R&D External Engagement Cross Functional Team as well as legal and compliance partners. Furthermore, the R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager will participate in timeline development and adherence, working closely with the business owner for each event. The Global Medical Affairs HCP Engagement CoE Manager will drive best practices in HCP engagement activities and ensure integration with our cross functional regional partners in operational excellence. In this role the R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager will build a partnership with the R&D External Engagement Cross Functional Team to deliver HCP engagement priority activities across the business. The R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager also plays a role in developing and tracking HCP engagements across R&D complimenting the reporting provided through the engagementNOW platform. This will also include analyzing and reporting on HCP engagement metrics in order to identify and implement process improvement opportunities and report back to the business on the metrics and areas of interest. The R&D HCP Engagement CoE Manager will ensure process excellence across the function and deliver business continuity playbooks and continuous improvement as an integral component of R&D success. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
