Senior Recharge Analyst Radiology Full Time 85648BR Job Summary Uses advanced professional concepts, an in-depth understanding of recharge policy and related federal guidelines, and organizational objectives to resolve highly complex issues with high impact to the research and clinical missions. Regularly works on highly complex issues related to Radiology research cores and associated clinical activities where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and consideration of the perspectives of many stakeholders. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Continuously improves forecasting techniques, budgeting, monitoring, billing methodologies, and reporting to promote compliance, transparency, and good stewardship of department resources. Contacts are both internal and external to the department at all levels. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $113,400 - $170,000 (Annual Rate). The mission of the Department includes research, teaching, and patient care. The department has over 150 salaried faculty, 260 staff, 190 non-faculty academics, and 100 trainees.
