The Opportunity: One Medical is seeking a Social Programs Manager who is a Social Worker with extensive experience in complex care navigation or community case management within High Risk Care (HRC) Programs. Reporting to Manager, High Risk Field Operations, this individual has the ability to provide sound social work and social services leadership within their market and nationally. They will serve as a key member of the team to extend and enhance the expertise and impact of our social workers and social programs teams. This leader will spend approximately 30% of their time on leadership activities and 70% on direct clinical care. We are looking for a goal oriented, high energy leader with a passionate perspective that focuses on living organizational values, and has the ability to set the tone for a positive work culture. This person must be comfortable operating in ambiguity and uses flexibility and creativity to address challenges. Physical Space Requirements:
This is a full-time, remote position in which the person must be willing work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone, regardless of virtual location.
