JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Operations Analyst understands the needs of the business, the data behind it and how to transform information into solutions that allow the business to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should be able to dive into data sets, relate processes to data flow, critically analyze information, develop reporting, provide feedback and support operational initiatives with metrics and KPIs. This role has a strong emphasis on critical thinking and drawing meaningful conclusions to influence business success. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Analyze operational reports to support all subsidiaries and branches.
- Review branch metrics and generate detailed analysis to operations weekly on new trends and data outliers.
- Use continuous improvement mindset to evaluate suite of reports and automate data processes.
- Streamline data and information consumption via BI tools.
- Advocate and educate the business to leverage BI reporting to make informed business decisions.
- Manage questions and issues from current reporting and BI tool users.
- Support rollout of new sites into software platforms, validating information is flowing properly.
- Help define business processes that support data integrity and reporting.
- Cultivate data quality, driving consistent information across multiple branches and subsidiaries allowing for improved reporting and metrics.
- Develop reporting for executives and board members related to base operations for services and construction.
- Mentor fellow team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment to support their professional growth and development.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, facilitating communication, and alignment with organizational goals by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS: The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications. Education, Training, Certifications:
- High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or similar, strongly preferred.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
- 8+ years Analytical experience.
- Superior data and analysis skills.
- 1-3 years Predictive/AI/LLM data modeling, preferred.
- Understanding of Data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and Medallion architecture, preferred.
Communication Skills:
- Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
Systems and Software Skills:
- 5+ years Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting BI tool(s), required.
- 3+ years Salesforce, strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years Oracle Fusion, strongly preferred.
- 5+ years SQL, required.
- 3+ years DAX, R and Python, preferred.
- Azure and Fabric experience, preferred.
- 3 years Timberline (Sage 300 CRE or equivalent), preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
- Must be able to comply with SFPH's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
- Occasional travel required, up to 20%.
