Our team evaluates all business activities to proactively identify weaknesses, drafting and revising policies where necessary. Our clients rely on our sound internal controls and ability to diligently adhere to them. Role Description: As a Compliance Analyst II, you'll be an integral part of our Regulatory Audit and Reporting unit, where your focus will be on a broad range of regulatory compliance operational activities. You'll take the lead in conducting and analyzing regulatory claim audits, researching and communicating key regulatory and financial reporting updates, and preparing and submitting financial and anti-fraud data to state agencies. You'll also assist with claims-related data calls, and surcharge and assessment reporting. Your strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills will come into play daily as you interpret and apply regulatory and statutory guidelines. You'll contribute by developing internal tools-such as databases and libraries-that help monitor and analyze key compliance metrics. Collaborating with colleagues across departments, you'll build productive relationships that support work process efficiencies and high-quality results.
