This opportunity is in the Insurance Compliance department

The Insurance Compliance Department ensures that the company complies with all outside regulatory and legal requirements, in addition to internal policies and standards. Our team evaluates all business activities to proactively identify weaknesses, drafting and revising policies where necessary. Our clients rely on our sound internal controls and ability to diligently adhere to them.

Role Description:

As a Technical Analyst II, you'll be immersed in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment, working with internal stakeholders to implement insurance rates, rules, and forms for assigned lines of business. This is an entry-level professional position with broad exposure to compliance, system requirements, and process enhancements. You'll analyze the impact of regulatory and company changes on policy systems and translate those into technical requirements, supporting the development and testing of system updates. You'll also serve as a key resource for resolving functionality issues and maintaining workflow documentation. Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Required Qualifications:



  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Understanding of Commercial Auto Insurance coverages.
  • Knowledge of ISO's Commercial Auto Manual.
  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges independently.


        Preferred Qualifications:



        • Experience with ISO, NCCI, and Guidewire PolicyCenter strongly preferred.
        • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
        • Insurance or professional designations preferred (e.g., AIS, AINS, ACP, ARC, AIC, CPCU).
        • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
        • Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
