Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients.We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support our government client. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communications. The candidate must be able to think critically,creativelyand strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides planning, program/project management, development, requirements management services and acquisition support, integration and engineering services, systems security, information assurance engineering services, and services in portfolio management and process improvement.

  • Collaborates with atechnical team of contractors and government employees to deploy capabilities ahead of schedule andsubsequentversions to users across theDoDIISenterprise.

  • Manages lifecycle processes, contracts, budgets, resources, with CIO and senior stakeholder engagement.

  • Manages the software development lifecycle including requirements collection, system design, development, testing,deploymentand maintenance.

  • Responsible for daily customer/stakeholder engagement. Provides regular leadership and executive level briefings, manages contracts,budgetsand schedules.

  • Provides documented assessment, updates, guidance, and recommendationsregardingdata governance, roadmaps, processes, and data standards through proactive discovery, recurring engagement, and evaluation of current and future initiatives and capabilities

  • Build,maintainand/or oversee an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

  • Assistsmission stakeholders with planning for future data needs. in the preparation of reports to DIA leadership on progress with data efforts, with outreach efforts to industry, academic, and other government entities.

  • Other tasks asrequired.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI and must pass CI Poly.

  • B.A. or B.S. degreerequired.Master'sdegree preferred.

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certificationpreferred.

  • Minimum10 years' experience required with 6 years PM experience

  • Preferred experience with project management for DoD and/or theIC.

  • Familiaritywith the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E).

  • Working understanding of the ICJoint Architecture Reference Model (JARM).

  • Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project (including EPM), SharePoint, Visio.

  • Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be required both inside and outside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
