Team Overview:

The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners by making long-term investments in new pools of clinical talent. We do this by:

Building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partners Tapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agencies Crafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and 1st year programing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overview

The Specialist role on the Talent Partnership Team is responsible for building new school relationships to establish a pipeline of high-quality talent for our Patient Care Technician internship program. We need someone detail-oriented, execution-oriented, and passionate about helping students navigate their career options.

Day-to-day

  • Identify and outreach to potential new school partners in a market.
  • Coordinate with local school administrators to support the execution of new Student Training Agreements and drive the submittals of more student internships.
  • Train and onboard new school partners to internship processes and technology.
  • Provide frequent and clear communication with field and school stakeholders, which includes scheduling and leading calls and sending recap emails.
  • Monitor and track progress of school outreach efforts and outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from students and school partners on their experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience:2-4 years of total work experience, with a high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to use data to analyze performance, understand areas of opportunity, and identify and resolve issues.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, up to Sr. level audiences and external stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build trust, encourage collaboration and partnership, and inspire change.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Identify and prioritize work tasks effectively and consistently achieve deadlines.
  • Ownership: Ability to set and achieve goals across multiple focus areas.

Interview process: The interview process will consist of an initial phone screen and a panel interview.

Location: This role will be remote.

Hours and duration: 40 hours/week through the end of 2025. This role is temporary in nature and will be a contract position through the end of 2025.

The Wage Range for the role is $20.00-$30.00 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
