Program Analyst, Lead

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Program Analyst, Lead to assist the Project Manager(s) in the administrative oversight and control of Programs and Projects to include: Cost tracking (labor and ODCs), collection and analysis of data, informal and formal program/project documentation and deliverables.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develops project plans and budgets.
• Develops cost estimates, status reports, and budget estimates.
• Collects data and provides budget and research analysis.
• Prepares responses to project and program data calls.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Six (6)+ years of experience in tracking and analyzing funding, expenses, labor hours, other direct costs, and preparation of status reports.
• Two (2)+ years of experience in Contract Management to include:
  
  
  
  • Contracts reviews
  • Preparation of formal documents and reports
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge of DoD and FAR policies and procedures
  
  
  
  
• Solid communication (verbal and written) skills.
