Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Starting Pay: $19.59/hour + shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What You'll Do:

• Identify and handle basic springs with care and precision
• Accurately and promptly complete all required production reports
• Correctly identify crates and follow labeling standards
• Maintain high-quality work by understanding and adhering to quality assurance standards
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Two years of manufacturing experience or equivalent training
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
