Pay: $32.00 - $35.00/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM | Monday-Thursday (4x10s)

Training will be provided on 1st shift

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our facility operating at peak performance by maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:



  • Follow all safety protocols and immediately report any hazards
  • Promote safe work habits by using PPE and verifying machine safety features
  • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve equipment issues before downtime
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase, including motors and RTUs
  • Install and maintain electric motors, drives, controls, and facility systems (lighting, HVAC, etc.)
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs and assist with machine installations and upgrades
  • Run conduit, pull wire, mount fixtures, and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions



What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in working with up to 480V 3-phase systems; higher voltage is a plus
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, conduit installation, and machine moves
  • Background in melting or molding environments is a plus
  • Electrical education or apprenticeship strongly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a safety-first mindset
