Description Key Responsibilities Day 1 Support Assist in deploying and validating CNFs (e.g., AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, IMS) onto Red Hat OpenShift and/or OpenStack platforms Support configuration of deployment artefacts such as Helm charts, YAML manifests, and CNF-specific parameters Perform basic checks on CPU/memory requests, storage, networking (SR-IOV, Multus), and probes Participate in pre-production validation activities including functional testing and deployment verification Day 2 Operations Assist in defining and configuring monitoring metrics and dashboards for CNFs using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana Monitor application health and assist in troubleshooting CNF issues under guidance from senior team members Help document common fault patterns, error messages, and basic remediation steps Participate in regular incident reviews and contribute to the development of runbooks and support documentation Collaboration Work closely with CNF vendors, platform engineers, and operations teams to understand application requirements and deployment nuances Attend knowledge transfer sessions and team meetings to stay current on platform updates and CNF changes Skills devops, Cloud Operations, Telcom, Application Support, AMF, SMF, IMS, PCF, Linux, openshift, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, ServiceNow AIOps, Red Hat Top Skills Details devops,Cloud Operations,Telcom,Application Support,AMF,SMF,IMS,PCF,Linux,openshift,Prometheus,Grafana,Kibana,ServiceNow AIOps,Red Hat Additional Skills & Qualifications Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, or other telco cloud platforms Experience with SR-IOV, Multus, or DPDK in a lab or test environment Familiarity with telecom observability metrics (e.g., session count, packet drops, call setup success rate) Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) to support automation or data extraction Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $67.00/hr.
