Description Migrate mailboxes from various sources (on-premises Exchange, Exchange Online, Gmail) to Exchange Online using the Bit Titan migration tool Ingest data from external sources (Google Drive, OneDrive, on-premises file shares) into the company's Box instance using the Box Shuttle tool Troubleshoot mailbox, mailbox access, ingestion failures, mailbox sharing, calendar sharing, and delegation issues Interact with project managers and teams to provide status updates and resolve issues Required Skills: 3-4 years of experience with Exchange Online, Bit Titan, and Box Shuttle Strong technical and interpersonal skills Experience in a heavily regulated industry (e.g. financial services) preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
