About the Role

As a technical business analyst in the Technology Procurement and Implementation Services (TPIS) practice you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our clients on their technology and system modernization efforts. Your day-to-day role will include, among other things, facilitating discussions with stakeholders for conducting requirements, gathering activities, analyzing user needs, and creating process flows for as-is and to-be system states.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Document and analyze business requirements to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Document and understand our client's technology assets and gaps.
  • Develop user stories/requirements that represent the project's business objectives.
  • Produce deliverables that may include detailed documentation of requirements, business process documentation, business process flows, data architecture and ETL solutions, and evaluation and acceptance criteria, if needed.
  • Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to support successful implementation.



About You

Required Qualifications:



  • Experience with business analysis activities including requirements, gathering, and analysis.
  • Experience creating process flow diagrams, including current state and to-be analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs through excellent listening skills and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working on IT projects.
  • Knowledge performing detailed analysis of software/systems.
  • Knowledge developing high-level mock-ups and wireframes using Balsamiq, Figma, or
    similar tools.
  • Knowledge leading joint application development (JAD) sessions.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard and specifications.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.



Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree with a minimum of four to five years of business analysis experience. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and professional experience will be considered.

The target base salary for this position is $92,000.00 to $126,000.00 per year. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including skill set, experience, location, and job-related qualifications.
