The Manager of Procurement Customer Success is responsible for the long-term customer care of existing procurement customers who purchase and invoice through EDI and procurement systems . This requires working cross functionally with internal teams, procurement systems, sales, and marketing while leveraging the needs of National Accounts and EDI customers. It will be important for the role to support the long-term relationship with Sherwin Williams through understanding the development and maintenance of customer catalogs, procurement system ordering and invoicing and building partnerships with sales and IT teams. This is all with the intent of driving customer requirements and ultimately increasing sales. While not ultimately responsible for adoption and compliance, this role will heavily influence those initiatives as well. * Support Operations Manager with strategic initiatives in support of PSG and PCG. * Establish process that will lead to execution around long term care support of PunchOut and catalog customers that will focus strategically on ordering and invoicing * Build relationships with Procurement systems to align Sherwin-William's capabilities in order and invoice processing. * Focus and manage the account growth needs and procurement requirements for customers * Create and execute a learning and development plan for post integrations, which supports account and sales adoption. * Support the GAM, Digital Marketing, eCommerce sales goals and initiatives. * Provide supporting data and analytics on integrated customer sales and buying trends. * Identify and resolve complicated customer catalog adjustments and product data management needs. * Launch consistent communication cadence with stakeholder partners and customers to define priorities and ensure alignment. * Efficient and accurate processing of invoices will lead to timely payment to SW. The candidate will need to understand the in-store POS/COE order flow. * Order tracking for paint and floorcovering customers * Work cross functionally with the field and credit teams to ensure compliance, payment, and training needs are met. * Work with Operations manager to define KPIs and measurement to support. * Manage and support a team of 5 employees. Required: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, in Marketing, Business, or e-Business related fields. * Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the processes related to development projects and catalog efficiencies. * Identifies project risks and escalates to Manager and other key stakeholders within the business * Evaluates priority and service levels * Works with key stakeholders to identify priorities and manages deadlines with the team Required: * Advanced knowledge of the various types of procure to pay process, catalogs and procurement systems * Direct experience in building customer relationships * Proven track record of learning new technologies or systems * Focus on detail to drive team and customer requirements * Strong collaborative & communication-oriented skills * Ability to act as liaison between business & IT to facilitate effective communication. * Experience with project management tools such as Confluence & Jira * Experience of managing and supporting direct reports with managing workloads and deadlines * Proficient use of MicroStrategy or data and analytical tools. Preferred: * Experience of using Marketing PIM and Digital Asset Management systems, * Proficiency in the supply chain process & integral SW systems including PIM, AOM, Business Objects, MicroStrategy * History of managing customer relationships-or- related Marketing Experience |
