About the Role

As a Network Support Technician, you'll work closely with our IT team and employees across the company to help keep our systems running smoothly. You'll provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and gain hands-on experience with networks, hardware, and software. Most importantly, you'll grow your skills every day with support and guidance from a team that wants you to succeed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned. This position is a full time (minimum 40 hours per week) on-site position

* Help coworkers solve basic IT issues (computers, printers, logins, etc.)

* Learn to support networks (LAN/WAN/VLAN), servers, and systems

* Keep track of support tickets and document your work

* Assist with planning and improvements to our IT setup

* Follow company IT policies and learn best practices

* Occasionally assist after hours with system upgrades or special projects

Qualifications

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You Bring (No Experience Required):

* Interest in technology and a strong desire to learn

* A calm, patient, and friendly approach

* Willingness to ask questions and try new things

* Ability to explain or listen without using jargon

* Good organizational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable working on a team and communicating with others

Minimal (But Not Required):

* Any hands-on tech experience (home networks, help desk, school projects)

* Familiarity with Windows, basic networking, or computer hardware

* Interest in pursuing certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
