What you will accomplish as a Field Service Technician III at TAPCO The Field Service Technician III is a senior-level field service role responsible for supporting signalized intersection systems and TAPCO's advanced traffic and parking control systems. This technician performs complex installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of traffic signal and TAPCO systems. As a front-line ambassador for TAPCO, the Field Service Technician III is expected to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, with a strong emphasis on resolving issues correctly the first time. This position requires both office and field work, with overnight travel up to 75% across the continental United States. The Field Service Technician III interacts with a wide variety of established customer accounts, vendors, internal teams, and the general public, and reports directly to the Field Service Manager.
