The National Accounts Manager has overall responsibility for the development and execution of the Publix and HEB business plan.
Location: This is a remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the Southeast.
A Day in the Life...
- Aligns Ocean Spray initiatives and resources to help customers achieve goals.
- Responsible for achieving sales quotas/AOP and quarterly reforecast.
- Responsible for achieving Merchandising, Pricing, Promotion and Placement objectives.
- Responsible for achieving Profit objectives. Trade spending, deduction management. Measured via trade spending efficiencies.
- Responsible for Demand Planning. Measured via monthly sales forecast results.
- Trains, develops, allocates resources to deliver AOP within allocated budgets.
- Accountable for building strong collaborative relationships across Ocean Spray internal network to help drive business results for the cooperative.
- Accountable for sharing of best practices and rising as a leader on the grocery team helping drive solution-oriented strategies for the grocery channel.
- Provides consumer and category insights necessary to influence the customer beyond the current year and through a comprehensive understanding of the category and long-term strategic vision.
- Key contributor to aid in development and execution of a grocery level engagement plan.
- Communicates customer, industry, and competitive insights and provides feedback to Team Leader/Senior Management.
- Schedules TTT meetings and leverages senior management resources to understand customer growth targets and strategic initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years CPG experience
- Ability to develop, lead, and execute a sales plan
- Ability to proactively identify, develop, and act on opportunities.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability in an efficient manner.
- Working knowledge and application of category management.
- Demonstrated trade management abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30% travel.
Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Work Experience: At least 5 Years of Experience
