Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs Wealth Services, L.P. in Cohoes, New York. Serve as a member of the Automation, Tools & Products (ATP) group within the Strategy, Practices, Analytics, Automation, Risk and Controls (SPARC) team. Define best practices, drives transformation opportunities and re-engineering needs within Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO). Drive transformation opportunities within ETO Management for all Business Units within ETO. Manage transformational projects and drive work stream towards major milestone achievement. Evaluate, recommend, and steer towards building efficiencies and automation. Partner with development teams in the creation of agent/production engineer empowerment tools and enhancements to streamline and simplify the execution of user support. Work with the ETO application support team (AppBank) in partnership with PRX to define and refine functional requirements associated with their single-pane console, facilitating efficient production support. Work with ETO provisioning teams (Client Event Services), in partnership with other SPARC teams, to ensure a centralized new hire provisioning dashboard is fully available to provide necessary transparency and visualization for the Client Event Services team, in addition to other key stakeholder teams.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include one (1) year of experience (with Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with Bachelor's degree) with each of the following: utilizing verbal and written presentation skills to effectively communicate technical and business requirements; working with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies; participating in high level architectural and engineering discussions to accurately manage stakeholder communication; utilizing Jira, Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) with an understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile and waterfall models; and performing markdown for documentation management and gitlab SDLC.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this Cohoes, New York -based position is $130,000.
