Job Description Summary

The Assistant Director of Fan Experience, Game Presentation, & Campus Partnership will be
responsible for in-game productions for assigned Wake Forest Athletic sports, notably serving as the
primary game director for women's basketball and baseball. Responsibilities include the video board
operation, game script creation, student engagement initiatives, fan experience strategies, single-game
promotional plans, and grassroots marketing plans.

Job Description

Essential Functions:
* Assist the Associate Athletic Director for Fan Experience, Game Presentation & Campus
Partnership with the overall fan experience and promotional efforts for Wake Forest Athletics.
* Responsible for grassroots marketing, game presentation, and promotional efforts for assigned
sports.
* Write scripts and coordinate timing, promotions, video board features, music, public address
reads and other gameday elements for assigned sports.
* Serve as primary contact for women's basketball, baseball and additional sports as needed.
* Assist the marketing and sales teams on season ticket and single game sales campaigns to
increase revenue and attendance.
* Assist the marketing and sales teams on integrated marketing plans, utilizing conventional,
grassroots and digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and attendance.
* Assist with game day marketing responsibilities for assigned sports to include pre-game and
halftime preparations, presentation coordination, and group ticket management.
* Assist in concept-creation and execution of sport-specific sponsorship elements to create
an engaging in-game atmosphere for fans and student athletes.
* Assist with the planning and execution of on-site activations (i.e. fan zones, tailgates, etc.).
* Support gameday fan experience and game presentation efforts for Wake Forest Football.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Bachelor's Degree
* One year marketing and promotions experience at the collegiate or professional level required or
equivalent education and related training.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.
* Highly organized and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong initiative to solve problems.
* Extraordinary focus on customer service.
* Willing to work in a team atmosphere where expectations are set and managed while giving staff
flexibility to do their assigned task as both a leader and/or a follower.
* Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales.
* Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
* Valid driver license with good driving record; must be insurable.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience with Daktronics video board systems preferred.
