National Grid is hiring a Supervisor, Customer Meter Services for Massachusetts. Hybrid. Ability to travel throughout our service territory for critical meetings where face to face interaction is of high value. Job Purpose
* Drive performance of diverse staff including issues relating to sickness, discipline and poor standards of work in order to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively. Key Accountabilities
* Monitor performance of diverse staff including issues relating to sickness, discipline and poor standards of work in order to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively. Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
* Support achievement of goals including operational targets, mandated objectives, budget goals, emergency response, field collections, meter reading/AMR, investigations and safety. Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience in a related area, 3 years' related experience is preferred. More Information Salary - $106,000 - $125,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
