Get to Know Your Team: Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's tertiary care and Level II Trauma Center, housing the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue. Responsibilities Accountable for working with the Department Director to provide twenty-four hour oversight of nursing practice including staff recruitment/retention, policy/procedure, staffing, performance improvement, staff development, resource management and program development. Qualifications Job Requirements: Current Idaho Registered Nurse licensure Current BLS, ACLS certification based on department specific competencies/policy Bachelors of Science in Nursing or comparable experience Minimum of one year experience in nursing management or supervisory role preferred Demonstrated success in impacting nursing practice through strong clinical leadership.
