POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a team of high performing IT leadership and professionals fostering reusability and continuous improvement. 2. Define and govern the architecture and lifecycle management of compute, storage and data center infrastructure 3. Oversee data center operations, including facility management, hardware lifecycle and vendor relationships 4. Ensure availability, performance, security and compliance of server and storage systems across hybrid environments 5. Lead the development and execution of backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies to protect critical freight systems 6. Collaborate closely with network, security and cloud teams to ensure integrated and resilient infrastructure solutions 7. Manage capacity planning and resource optimization to support growing freight business demands 8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards. 9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:
