A Logistics Associate job in San Jose, CA is available through Belcan. In this role you will be responsible for receiving materials and supplies by verifying PO information on ERP - PO number and quantity. You will also need to document materials receipts and put away to the appropriate storage location. To be considered, you must have at least a High School Diploma along with at least three years of relevant warehouse experience.

Material Handler Job Responsibilities:
*Receives materials and supplies by verifying PO information on ERP - PO number, QTY, etc. (Should be familiar with ERP - SAP a plus)
*Documents materials receipts and put away to the appropriate storage location.
*Locate material(s) by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
*Deliver production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final
distribution.
*Locate and pack materials for shipping.
*Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
*Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
*Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
*Operates forklifts (certified a plus), pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals
machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
*Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
*Maintain warehouse operation area clean and orderly.
*Learn and adhere to workplace safety regulations.

Material Handler Job Qualifications:
*High School Diploma
*3 years of related warehouse experience (shipping and receiving, kitting, packing)
*Data entry experience required
*Experience with driving a company box truck for deliveries.
*Effective organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly regulated with adaptability to changing priorities.
*Strong team player
*Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted
*Ability to operate a forklift
*Must be flexible with starting between 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
