Position Title: Tool & Die Maker - Journeyman & Apprentice
Wage: $27.00 - $35.00/hour (Based on Experience) Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday), 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday), 10:30pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday) Are you ready to build your future with a company that treats you like an owner from day one? Tool & Die Maker Responsibilities: - Interpret complex blueprints and tooling drawings - Fabricate and repair tools, fixtures, and machine parts - Perform complex setups on CNC and manual machines - Use CAD/CAM, Surfcam, SolidWorks, or Esprit (preferred) - Maintain material flow in the Tool & Die department - Ensure all work meets precision standards and safety protocols Requirements for Tool & Die Maker: - Completed Tool & Die Apprenticeship - 3-5 years of post-apprenticeship experience - Strong understanding of precision measuring tools - Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and move up to 80 lbs. with or without accommodation Benefits: - Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - 10% company-funded - Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) with 4% company match - 14 Paid Holidays + PTO starting at 80 hours Looking to launch your career in a skilled trade?
