Our Company As Performance Media Manager you will be accountable for driving acquisition and engagement programs for Adobe's Document Cloud products. We are a group who values data and creativity equally, continuously seeking the best of left and right brain approaches. In this critical role, you'll focus on crafting innovative performance media programs and relevant customer experiences to drive acquisition of new customers. Your challenge is to develop a performance media strategy and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR). You'll be helping to craft customer marketing strategy on CTV, programmatic media, paid social, and other advertising platforms. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns, experiments and efficiency measurement with Campaign Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Adobe Studio, Business Unit, and Web teams. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
