Summary: The Manager - Operations is responsible for supervising and directing employees within a geographic territory of pipeline, and compression facilities for the Permian Basin's Central Pipeline location (Panther Plant Field). This position will have Pipeline techs, I&E, Mechanics, and a Supervisor in the reporting structure. This position will provide oversight and direction to work crews and facilities in these areas. This role will be the first line of management for customers, landowners, and the general public and will report to the Director of Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
