The Opportunity with McKinstry

The Distributed Energy Resource (DER) business is poised for significant growth and looking for an innovative, motivated, and passionate Senior Regional Director to contribute to McKinstry's vision of expanding its presence throughout the United States.

Responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our DER line of business-including solar, storage, EV infrastructure, and emerging technologies, you will play a critical role in scaling the business, driving profitable growth, and integrating DER offerings across operational, commercial, and delivery functions. Leadership

* Develop and execute growth strategy for McKinstry's DER business

* Oversee sales, operations, strategy, and profitability of business unit

* Identify and prioritize new markets

* Accountable for all financial and business outcomes

* Stay informed and ahead of policy changes

Management

* P&L responsibility

* Oversee go-to-market strategy ensuring strong sales pipeline and customer acquisition

* Build a high-performing, cross-functional team that drives innovation and operational excellence

* Position McKinstry as a trusted DER provider through thought leadership and industry engagement

Project Development

* With leadership team, develop ways to profitably integrate business unit services, product offerings, processes, and procedures

* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, clients, and policymakers

* Negotiate contracts with key clients

* Ensure seamless project execution with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality

A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. The pay range for this role is $205,300 - $312,100.
