Make an Impact! The Human Resources Strategy Manager (HRSM) partners with leadership to proactively manage and deliver human resources strategies, processes, and services. You will support our initiatives to drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated, caring, and professional Human Resources professional. The HRSM is responsible for advising and assisting management (Presidents, VPs, Directors, Managers, and Supervisors) across multiple client groups regarding best practices in: employment related decisions and actions, organizational development, regulatory compliance/policies, recruitment, benefits/compensation and training.

Develop and Grow your Career! Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Get Involved! This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with many different departments at a Main Line Health system level as well as with outside agencies and vendors. There are numerous committees and work groups you can join and represent your campus/client groups in as well.

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience preferred, with multiple areas of expertise.

Education:
B.S. in Human Resources or other related field.
