Summary of Position:

The Role of the Project coordinator is to schedule all quote request surveys with partners and ensure they are completed in a timely manner with stellar customer feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Work with Sales Engineers to support Granite customers.
  • Working with Excel managing Install status spreadsheets.
  • Manage techs and update customers for surveys
  • Working with vendor relations to secure techs for inside wire jobs.
  • Call vendors to confirm scheduled tickets
  • Getting closeouts from partners with in a timely manner
  • Attaching documents in IW tickets


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Typing skills are a MUST
  • Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and follow issues through to completion
  • Decision making skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Telecommunications/Structure Cabling and account Management experience
