Position Summary EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Senior NEPA Compliance Specialist, with demonstrated experience in Federal NEPA regulations, to prepare and provide quality control for environmental compliance documents primarily within, but not limited to, the broadband communications industry. The successful candidate will have strong technical research and report writing skills, and experience completing QA/QC reviews on report deliverables and proposal writing. The successful candidate will also assist in the development and implementation of NEPA-related training for company staff. Prior working experience in the NEPA regulatory process is required. Those with experience directly related to NEPA evaluations for broadband or linear projects are highly encouraged to apply. This position reports directly to the Broadband Services Program Director and is a remote, work-from-home role. To be successful in this position, candidates need to have a home office already established and be comfortable working in this environment. While primarily office-based, the position supports projects across the United States and may require occasional travel for client meetings or trainings to assist Broadband and other EBI programs.
