ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic, tech-forward learning and engagement professional to support the development and employee experience agenda with a strong focus on communication, enablement, and innovation. This role will help operationalize learning strategies, integrate AI tools to drive efficiency, and deliver engaging content to managers and employees. You will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and values-driven behavior through thoughtful program design and communication.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning & Development Execution



  • Curate and deliver learning pathways using platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, aligned to business capability needs.
  • Design and facilitate training programs for managers and employees, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and measurable.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate development needs into actionable learning experiences.


AI Integration & Operational Efficiency



  • Support the integration of AI tools to streamline learning operations, personalize content, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation in learning workflows.


Communication & Change Enablement



  • Develop and execute communication plans that support learning initiatives and change management efforts.
  • Tailor messaging for different audiences, including manager meetings, to ensure clarity and impact.
  • Serve as a communication partner in change initiatives, helping employees understand and adopt new ways of working.


Program Design & Strategy Support



  • Contribute to the development of learning and culture strategies by supporting process design and implementation.
  • Assist in building scalable toolkits, templates, and resources that reinforce values and drive engagement.


Measurement & Continuous Improvement



  • Track and report on learning program effectiveness using defined KPIs.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve learning experiences and communication strategies.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR enablement.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR or learning environments.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning), including content curation and campaign execution.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in support of change management.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this role is eligible to earn commissions.
