What the Ideal Candidate will do:

The Logistics Coordinator will maintain the warehouse and appropriate records for designated business unit by performing the following duties

• Performs all shipping functions, including but not limited to pulling inventory, packing boxes, preparing related paperwork and documentation, and logging status into database.
• Ships orders using online shipping manifest systems.
• Performs all receiving functions.
• Maintains and manages inventory control. Coordinate periodic inventory cycle counts.
• Communicates regularly with customers, suppliers, and headquarters.
• Performs general warehouse duties such as picking and packing, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean and safe work area.
• May deliver packages on occasion, and as necessary, to shipping ground terminals.
• Support other departments as needed.

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics or shipping/receiving in a manufacturing or warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have experience with online shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, multiple tasks, and deadlines.
• Must possess basic math and reasoning abilities.
• Must have ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and business contacts.
• Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to use a pallet jack.
• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
