This role blends creative strategy, technical collaboration, and systems thinking to deliver scalable, accessible, and impactful web experiences. You'll leverage a deep understanding of Sprout's brand tenets to design visually engaging and user-centric experiences that resonate with our audience. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure Sprout's brand identity is consistently represented across all digital touchpoints while enabling fast iteration and experimentation.

Why join Sprout's Brand Creative team?

When you join Sprout's Brand Creative team, you'll play an integral role in driving positive business outcomes through empathetic storytelling and strategic, creative problem solving. As a team composed of multidisciplinary designers, illustrators, animators, copywriters, video producers, researchers and developers, we craft and build resources and materials that bring Sprout's brand identity and messaging to life-always ensuring every customer experience is up to our high standards of quality, usability, authenticity and inclusivity. We're continually looking for opportunities to push our capabilities, innovate on our approaches and deepen our impact on the company's overall success. Not only will you grow in your respective creative discipline, but also in your skills and ability to speak the different languages of your peers from other departments-making you a more versatile and effective creative.

What you will do

As a Senior Web Designer, you'll collaborate with an experienced team to create visually compelling, user-centered web experiences that bring Sprout's brand to life and support key marketing goals. You'll take a hands-on role in designing polished, accessible pages and campaign work that reflect our creative vision and drive measurable impact. While you'll contribute to the evolution of our scalable design systems, your day-to-day focus will be on craft, quality, and performance that directly impact revenue. This role offers opportunities to deepen your expertise within a supportive, high-performing team and play a visible role in shaping the web experiences that move our business forward.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver web experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. Build strong relationships across disciplines to ensure alignment and amplify impact.
  • Drive Innovation: Approach ambiguous challenges with curiosity and creativity, proposing solutions that push boundaries while staying aligned with Sprout's brand vision and business objectives.
  • Design Scalable Systems and Experiences: Evolve our library of templates and components to support fast-paced campaign launches without sacrificing brand integrity. Apply systems thinking to create visually engaging and user-centric web experiences that align with Sprout's brand identity and business goals. Advocate for adaptability, ensuring both systems and designs are prepared to meet future needs.
  • Champion Accessibility: Lead efforts to create accessible, user-centered designs that meet or exceed accessibility standards. Educate peers on inclusive design principles and advocate for accessibility across all projects.
  • Collaborate with Developers: Create clear documentation, assets, and specifications to ensure a seamless handoff of designs to developers. Actively participate in implementation reviews to maintain design integrity.
  • Creating Alignment: Align design decisions with business objectives, KPIs, and customer insights. Use data-driven approaches to optimize web performance and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Manage Complex Projects: Independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
