Join us as our new Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) North America (NA)

Are you ready to join our global TA team as Head of Talent Acquisition, NA, and lead our regional talent acquisition strategy, drive hiring excellence, and build a world-class recruitment function? We are looking for an experienced TA Leader, who will be responsible for developing & executing innovative strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, an exceptional team builder, and a strategic leader with a proven track record in planning, project management, and operational excellence.

This role will require a balance of high-level strategic planning, hands-on execution and stakeholder engagement to ensure the organization meets its ambitious growth goals while maintaining a focus on quality, diversity, and efficiency in the hiring process.

In this key role, you'll lead a forward-thinking, high-impact North America TA team-driving innovation, shaping strategy, and redefining how we attract and hire top talent. In this role, you'll make an impact by:

  • Overseeing all aspects of TA within the North American region, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regional nuances.
  • Leading and aligning the priorities of the NA Talent Acquisition team as we grow and transform into a more dynamic, forward-thinking organization.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee critical Talent Acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with both regional objectives and local site requirements.
  • Leading talent acquisition initiatives that drive our global TA goals, while giving candidates and hiring managers an exceptional experience and supporting what our business needs to grow and succeed.
  • Partnering with the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team on exciting projects and initiatives. This role is all about shaping strategies, sharing best practices, and driving improvements to make a global impact that supports our business goals.
  • Driving high-quality TA services in the NA region through strong stakeholder management and proactive collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Championing an established, candidate-centric culture that continues to evolve, while empowering hiring managers and the TA team with ongoing training & education to elevate the candidate experience.
  • Leveraging market intelligence to inform stakeholders and drive workforce planning, while building a diverse pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
  • Strategically leveraging our growing in-house search and sourcing function, which has made significant progress, to support recruitment goals and drive future growth.

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping Talent Acquisition strategy by working closely with internal stakeholders and regional People & Organization (P&O) teams. Your ability to align TA strategies with business priorities and establish effective service level agreements will be key to driving success.

Through strategic leadership and collaboration, you will cultivate a culture of excellence, partnership, and continuous improvement within the North America TA team and across the broader P&O organization.

To succeed, you must have:

  • TA Leadership Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven strategic leadership experience within TA in a global organization.
  • Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in planning, developing and executing talent attraction strategies at an enterprise and local level.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Team development: Strong track record of managing and building successful teams, fostering growth and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using data and analytics to measure success, identify gaps, and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)

Expected salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 annual salary
